I have been working with Harley Legal for over a year in dealing with the debtors of our company. Overall, the experience I had was one of extreme professionalism and knowledge of the laws to extract our debts successfully. Harley Legal has become an external hand to our company and works efficiently as our to-go law advisors.

Fantastic work from them. Very professional.They don't seem to take bul***t excuses from our debtors, they sent a very large African gentleman to sit all day outside an ex client of ours who owed us 10 grand for unpaid invoices, so this gent went to their company's offices entrance smiling at all the staff and clients who walked in, greeting them, but asking them al if they can pass a message to accounts or the CEO, that someone is waiting to get paid their 10 grand. Yes we got paid our 10k, but it was a year after we have tried ourselves and heard every possible rubbish delaying tactic excuse in the book, so thanks Harley Legal, you deserve your commission. Wish we gave them the debt earlier to collect. Exactly what is needed from a debt collecting company and recommended if your company is owed money as they will get it back for you legally (or so they say).

I had given up all hope trying to recover my money, I wasted so much time and upfront costs with other debt collectors and lawyers. I gave it one last shot, I spoke to Lisa @ Harley Legal (God bless her) and she listened to my situation for almost 3 hours. I sent over all the evidence and emails I had. She managed to gather more evidence and information on my debtor and everything that transpired in the background that I knew nothing off and drafted a strong plan. within a week of Lisa taking on the case my debtor suddenly replied and appeared from the woodworks like the cockroach he is, begging and pleading for a payment plan. With Lisa’s backing, we agreed to the repayment plan. My debtor did try and skip payment days once or twice or go AWOL but a firm letter or voicemail from Lisa he brought him back in line, he kept up payments and interest! for 14 months and today I received my final payment and breathed a huge sigh of relief. Thank you Harley Legal!

We have used the services of Harley Legal on 2 occasions recently. On both occasions debtors were refusing to pay monies that were owed without any legal grounds. As we are not solicitors we were having difficulty getting the debtors to pay the money so we engaged with Harley Legal to assist us. Harley's team dealt with both matters professionally, swiftly, efficiently and amicably. We were able to recover the monies owed with the weight of their legal support. I would like to thank Harley sincerely for the service and support they gave us. I highly recommend their services to anyone that is owed money and is struggling to get their debtor to pay. We will definitely use Harley again should we find ourselves in this difficult situation in the future.

I could not recommend Harley Legal more to anyone who is hesitating using a Collection agency.During my first enquiry by telephone they took a lot of time to listen and understand what our issue was and advised me to submit a 7 day notice period prior to taking our instruction. When I then submitted the debt online it was a very simple process and the result was effective with the full debt recovered.Being involved in these matters are very stressful and often unpleasant and the percentage Harley Legal take has a much higher value than cost. They will be my first call if this ever happens again in the future.

Harley Legal did the collections we sent them. I am very please hence this review. They collected our money back and money that I needed to keep running my business, and I'm grateful. I was owed nearly £30,000 between the 8 non paying clients. Gave them a list of 8 of our largest debts and they got our money back, in fact every single penny (although not everything I was owed as they keep some funds for commission, but I can't begrudge that as they completely deserve it and earned it and I didn't have to risk a penny to do so.

A very reliable firm, I used them for a no win no fee" case and they settled it for me. They kept me updated throughout the process and managed to sort out a case that I alone would have never resolved by myself. Highly recommended."

We have used Harley Legal to collect 3 of our international debts, two were in London and one was in Germany. The debts totalled just over $30,000 USD (£20,000) and all 3 out of 3 were collected within less than a month without the need to litigate and go through the long process of court. We are very impressed and grateful, and will use them again as soon as we have more European based debts. Highly recommended.

Very efficient, they dealt with everything once I'd handed it over to them. Successfully recovered the debt that I wouldn't have been able to on my own.
