Cathy’s classes are amazing and I am generally not keen on exercise! You get into all sorts of positions that you never knew were possible and then you have to work out how to get out of them ! Can’t recommend this class highly enough - it is so enjoyable

Even as a beginner I have been so impressed from day 1. The instructors are so knowledgable and provide many variations to the poses that seem to meet everyone’s needs. I feel so much better after every class and find myself always eager for the next class. I would highly recommend these classes for everyone of different needs and abilities.
