I had 15000 in savings and these solicitors have managed to scrounge every last bit of my money. They weren’t even that efficient considering their extremely high charges I would receive email responses after a week or 2 and forms would not be completed till last minute. My solicitor would also ask me 10 times prior to a hearing and keep getting details wrong repeatedly. I had two solicitors of both who charge ridiculous prices for each breath they take. They say it will be £900 but they will then come back with a further bill for each email they looked at, each email they reply to even if that email was asking for a response from them. Seriously i am mortified at how these solicitor’s in general take advantage of people going through a hard time and all they see is money! No compassion in this world. I only had like 3 services with them and they managed to leave me penniless and having to pay them till today from my universal credit payments which I need for me and my son to survive. I probably should have done my research myself as I only went to them as someone recommended. They did to the jobs eventually but at what cost? I would personally not waste all my money on them again after finding out there are much much much cheaper solicitors out there.

Avoid at all costs. Worcester branch showed very poor conduct for family court/civil law matter; unprofessional, disorganised, poor communication and expensive. My case was passed around to several trainee Solicitors who lacked the knowledge, experience or empathy I really needed during a complex and very stressful situation.

Excellent service - There were some bumps in the road with complex issues pertaining to the property but Cara was fantastic. She went above and beyond even staying late to get a particular issue sorted. At every stage I was fully informed with what was happening and in the end everything completed on time and ran smoothly.
