Having used a large number of car mechanics over many years to diagnose and repair my secondhand cars, I have never found anyone as helpful, knowledgeable, resourceful and willing to explain his findings and to do an economic repair, even sourcing secondhand parts from a scrap yard to keep the cost down. When my Ford focus had engine trouble he even took the trouble to send me a WhatsApp video he'd filmed of the engine running with the rocker cover removed illustrating the problem. He managed to get my old Merc through its MOT test using a nearby test centre attending to all the issues which had arisen under the failure notice, including failed emissions. The man is a genius!
