I’ve had the most amazing help from Matthew and his team at Durston ! I have several pieces of their equipment..rolling mill, guillotine, jump ring maker.. all are lifelong workshop treasures. Following a small parallel adjustment needed recently for my rolling mill, instead of grappling with it myself Matthew kindly offered to sort it for me. I was so relieved and delighted and can’t thank him and his staff enough, not just on this occasion but earlier in the year when I purchased the guillotine too. There was also another time a few years ago when the sleeve to my cutter for the jump ring maker wouldn’t fit my drill and one of their engineers kindly shaved the internal diameter to fit ! Now that’s what I call brilliant service. Thank you Durston.

Looking for a mini rolling mill as a gift, I contacted Durston and was given some excellent advice with regards to my options. Very competitive prices, delivery was bang on time, and the roller itself went down very well with the recipient! Really recommend these guys :)

Top quality tools! Some say its overpriced but i say that its a situation of you get what you pay for, everything from Durston Tools is exceptional quality from little things like bur lube or soldering picks all the way to rolling mills and benches... The only minus when buying from their website is that you never get a notification about shipped parcel or any tracking number... so you just buy and wait, you will get it after a week or maybe two, or three... who knows when... :)

Shocking customer service. I rang to query stock availability and pricing and mid conversation the lady I was speaking to said ok bye" then hung up. She was very rude through out the whole call."

hi, i purchased a jewellers work bench for my daughter in may 2020 after her existing one started to fall apart . after checking out online it was quite obvious to me that durston were the people to buy her new work bench from. yes it was out of my daughters financial reach but i wanted a work bench that was going last . as the saying goes, buy cheap and buy twice. as my daughter has discovered. you can't buy a rolls royce for vauxhall money ! and in my opinion this work bench is of great quality. if looked after i am sure it will last a very long time. perhaps as long as my rolls royce . once purchased mr matthew durston contacted me via email advising me of delivery dates and so on. sara durston also contacted me to keep me up to date with the order. and on the day an email was sent and the driver arrived within 15 minutes of estimated time. they do not book time slots. but the driver had my details. the personal touch goes a long way with me and makes you feel like a valued customer . this is something that appears to have been lost with so many companies in this country. well done to the durstons. i would highly recommend durston tools . i could go on but i think you get the idea . thank you again. clive.
