Frankie was incredibly helpful and professional during our viewing - I asked about another flat that I was hoping to view and she was more than happy to show it to me on the day even though I hadn't booked in for another viewing. She has been very pleasant and has been able to answer any questions I have asked her. Frankie also has an amazing response rate, so any queries I had were responded to very quickly. Thanks Frankie!

We've had a good experience with Ludlow Thompson. The service was professional, and the photos/immersive tour good quality. We had quite a quick offer, so its hard to say exactly how much of that was LT and how much was luck, but it seems like they promoted it and valued it well. Eda, who did the sucessful viewing was very likeable, and responsive during the offer acceptance process. All in all a good experience, and no complaints.

Estate agent showing us Properties was really friendly, professional and polite. However, once a sale was agreed the back end members of the estate agent dealing with our purchase was rude and condescending.

Useless from start to finish.When we moved in we were promised a lot of things that obviously wasn't included once we got the keys.In the 8 months leading up to the end of tenancy these vultures called and emailed when ever they wanted demanding viewings less than 24 hours notice.Rude on the phone and email. Asking for made up money near end of tenancy.Absolutely ZERO communication skills amongst themselves, double booking things, failing to keep us updated on viewings / surveyors.Just out for the money. No heart no soul, no integrity and certainly no apologies for messing things up constantly.Zero help finding a new place despite offering to pay thousands a month in rent, just care about the sales of properties.Embarrassing really. Glad to be done with them, we received our deposit back in full so we are happy. Ill never use these people again and ill tell everyone i know to run.Ill take it all to their head office just so we are heard, people in that office should be held accountable for their tardiness and unprofessionalism.

It was a great experience from start to finish with Frankie. She was very polite, knowledgeable and also gave us some advise. Her follow up was super efficient and got the ball rolling straight away. Great communication skills too! Would highly recommend Ludlowthompson.

Hassan and his team from the Bow office have so far provided an impressive service to me as a first time landlord. He was always very courteous, well informed and on top of the detail. I really appreciated his quick, thorough responses to my email queries, which meant we could sort a lot out efficiently with minimum fuss. It made what could have been a tedious, stressful process much more manageable.

We bought a new flat with Ludlow Thompson as the agents. Emma and Mark from the sales team did a fantastic job. All our questions were responded to very thoroughly. We decided to also rent out our old property with the help from Hassan who was incredibly helpful too and extremely quick at responding. Highly recommend both the rental and sales teams at this branch of Ludlow Thompson, can't thank them enough.

Frankie went above and beyond to help me find a home. Communication was fast, clear, and useful. She went the extra mile to find and show me places that suited my needs. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking to rent in and around E3 :)
