The crispy chicken skin is pretty awesome. I think it depends a lot on what seasoning you choose how the experience all goes. I got just salt and pepper and it’s probably too much pepper. The seafood sticks are amazing. The karaage chicken is pretty good as well. We went twice while visiting so we liked it, obviously. You just have to battle all the college kids blocking the way.

This shop use to be Coco's Bubble tea.It has now been replaced with a Taiwanese fried chicken street food shop and it is DIVINE! Cute logo and friendly staff.I'm not normally a big fan of deep fried food but the choices were amazing and bursting with flavour.Wait time and prices reasonable for the amount of food and quality that you get. You can choose from various flavours to top off your fried goods.We chose the Cheesy Volcano Chicken, King Prawns and Lotus Root Chips.Cheesy Volcano Chicken was a hearty portion, 2 thick slabs of chicken oozing with piping hot melted cheese and breaded. Each bite was full of flavour and as we chose a spicy option there was a nice after heat, perfect for this cold weather.The Fried King Prawn was big, juicy and flavourful with Thai Style flavour.The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I would have liked more lotus root in the lotus root chips! It was a great flavour but I felt like I was just eating super tasty batter, I bit into the chip and the lotus was extremely thin.They also sell bubble tea so we will be back to try that and the other options and I will update this review when we have.

Had the volcano chicken with fries and mango tea thing. Tea was nice with tiny bits of mango in it. I love how you can select your own spices for the chicken, numbing chilli is great. My only issue is with the small portion size for the price. I wouldn't try this place again unless I had an Uber eats discount.

I’m giving this place a 4, although my experience was more like a 3, quite a long wait for my food (due to loads of deliveroo drivers turning up I guess) and then I found out there was a napkin in the takeaway bag, however I’ll overlook that and give an extra star as I genuinely do love the fact that I can try taiwanese takeaway in my home city of Bristol!P.a if you order the volcano chicken, you don’t need to rush eating it, volcano by name volcano by nature (good one for a delivery order I bet!)I’m left keen to try other menu items, maybe on a day when it’s less busy!

I order Ji chicken often, 75% off the time it’s amazing, I he chicken is crunchy and the fires are an interesting yet delicious flavour, but the the other times I have ordered, my chicken has come with the wrong seasoning and or very little seasoning on the fries at all, my last order was terrible barley any seasoning on the fries even though I ordered plum and a gross amount of fat on my chicken making me not wanna eat it at all, kinda disappointing because it’s such I high price

Really great place for easy to eat lunch when you’re not particularly feeling like a whole meal its nice to just get some freshly fried chicken and the chips here are really good with a good selection of flavoured seasoning as well that you can mix and matchThis is definitely a popular place among the university students in Bristol

This was amazing. Me and my family were going back to our hotel, and there was a kind man who gave us a taste test and as soon as we took the first bite, we turned around and bought some of their amazing popcorn chicken. I highly recommended the chips with plum seasoning and the popcorn chicken with salt and pepper seasoning. I am usually a picky eater, but this was perfect.

Amazing food, not had anything like it before. I ordered the lotus root chips. Quite sweet! I ordered popcorn chicken with a chilli and garlic seasoning. They are very generous with the portions so don't get too carried away with your order unless there is enough of you to eat it! Definitely wish there was a shop in London as I would love to try more things on their menu. Very good pricing for the amount of food you get. Definitely check it out if you are in Bristol. Their service was very quick, had to wait about 5 minutes for my food which I don't think is long at all!
