Great staff including the receptionists. I always feel like I'm being taken seriously and I'm always being given the right medical treatment. Amazing GP surgery.

Compared to other family members who are under different surgery’s, Brunswick Health Centre is by far the best. I will admit, that if you want to see a particular Dr. you might have to wait a day or two until that Dr is available, but if you wish to see any Dr, I’ve been lucky enough to sometimes have an appointment on the same day or at least the next day. I have been with the sister ( smaller Hafod Surgery) all my life, 62 yrs and would never change. The bad reviews I have seen by other contributors, quite honestly, they shock me ! I think everyone can have an off day, the receptionists do a great job, dealing with, sometimes “difficult” patients, I think there needs to be mutual respect between both parties and a polite way of speaking to each other.10/10 for me !

Have been with this surgery for over 40 yearsMost of the ladies on reception are lovely, one has a bad attitude, never smiles,have even seen her eye rolling. It's a pity as it reflects on the whole surgery.

I have recently moved to this practice and i cant believe how amazing they are there. Called this morning to receive a call back almost straight after from dr. Even got and appointment with in the hour. I felt like the dr actually cares as he was extremely thorough

I have never once phoned this surgery and had what could be described as remotely positive conversation. You have to battle the army of receptionists to do their job, they argue about your own medication that you have been taking for years, don't get back to you when they say they will, relay incorrect information to the doctors causing issues with prescriptions. The list of excuses is never ending

The doctors and the receptionists are lovely, except one. One receptionist (the new one) is not polite and not professional. I hear from many people the same opinion, I’m not sure how a good medical centre as this can hire such a unprofessional and childish staff.I mean eye rolling, correcting my son name pronunciations or laughing at me when I don’t understand her way to speak with the the head down not looking in the eye isn’t something matching your medical centre.I sent a report by email this morning as I’m very stressed , my husband is writing now and I’m saying what to write as I’m shaking for how I been treated this morning , calling back to the doctor missed call because my dad is very sick home and we don’t know what to do.I hope she doesn’t treat her own dad as she does with their clients

Not a good place to go to. Reception staff very rude and horrible. One of the GP's is a totally uncompassionate and unprofessional. Badly managed and disorganised. Don't register with this surgery, otherwise you'll end having to find another surgery to register with. This is the worst surgery I have been with.

Absolutely awful doctors surgery phone line no longer working been trying since yesterday morning it keeps cutting me off will be making a complaint next time I'm in there as this is ridiculous can't get hold of them at all now

Been a Brunswick health patientfor over 30+years now along with family members.Always found Dr's,Manager,nurse's & staff very polite,patient & helpful. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Always have calls answered in reasonable time. Online prescription service is excellent. Reception and adminustration staff very friendly especially the lovely lady from Ireland. Large spacious waiting area. Lots of relevant useful information on notice boards. Friendly and welcoming. The nurses are excellent and even though very busy always make time for you. I've always had an appointment when it's necessary.
