Always a happy smiling face to greet you... Very professional, excellent service! I've never had my hair done but I do have eyes & know a good hairdresser when I see one, Katie's customers always look good when shes done... I have my nails done by Georgina all I can say is she Always " does a lovely job Gee has been doing my nails for 6ish years now & would not go anywhere else!"

Shocking customer service not surprised business round Winton are closing was after a full body massage the email I received back was we don’t have any appoints no offer for another day or at least try and help felt like I had to make the effort impression I got couldn’t be bothered shocking I’ve gone else where now and already they are going out of their way to help and get me an appointment. If that’s how they treat pro-tensional new customers then no wonder places shut!

Caroline was amazing; super friendly, put me at ease straight away, explained everything clearly. She had useful advice when I asked for it and clearly knows and loves what she is talking about. There was no judgement on any level and the facial she provided was fantastically relaxing and has made my skin feel awesome. The manicure is also perfect and I have been showing off my nails to anyone who will look! Definitely recommend.
