Paul Crowley & Co

These people are crooks. They are not helpful in the slightest and illegally keep money which is not theirs. I am aware they pay for people to pit 5 star reviews and also have links to GT law (Google them to see why that is a massive red flag)

They were very helpful during a police interview , but following being charged with an offence, I've found them unhelpful. They've been difficult to get hold of, they do not keep you informed, and overall have not found them supportive or informative. I'm in court in 2 days, but have had no information or advice from them, despite me making multiple attempts to contact them. I would not recommend. I would look at finding an alternative solicitors, but not sure there's time.

I used this company to purchase a property from a auction there was issues with phoning and trying to speak to ur appointed contact , there was no interaction no call no feedback on sale after waiting on promise calls back that didn’t happen ,I would advise from my dealing with the sales team and the receptionist to find another less hassle team to deal with your purchase

Recently I was going through a court case and it was a massive strain on me, I didn't know what solicitors to choose. I spoke to quite a few around the City. I visited Paul Crowley & Co, the receptionist was absolutely lovely when I described my case and then referred my case to the genius Katie Bennett who went out of her way to put me at ease throughout the court case. She kept in regular contact to ensure everything would run as smoothly as possible, and she didn't disappoint. Court us quite a dawnting place yet she kept me smiling throughout. Katie ensured I got the best possible outcome from my case and I couldn't be more grateful.This has got to be the best solicitors I have used. Even down to how fast they respond in the live chat.Once again, thank you Katie Bennett and all the Paul Crowley & Co staff.

While I have not been their client and can not share my opinion on them as solicitors, I have worked with/for them. This review is for my colleagues interpreters. Please do not book yourself with this firm as they don’t pay. I offered to them my first service in January 2023 and I received the payment 31 of July. They paid because they needed me for another job so they paid me one day before it. You would say why did you work for them again if that happened, well I wanted to believe in professionalism but unfortunately that has not been the case. I have contacted them so many times and have had no response. So INTERPRETERS please DO NOT provide your service because you want be paid. If any other interpreter has had a better luck well good for you, but I am trying to protect someone in the future. I hope you would accept this and not say to me you don’t find me in your records because I do have plenty of emails to prove this.

Thanks to Nicola and her assistant Katie from the conveyancing team my house sale is now complete. They were always there to answer my questions and kept me well informed at each stage of the sale. Both were friendly and pleasant to deal with as were the staff on reception too. I would certainly recommend Paul Crowley conveyancing team to friends and family.

Critical: Poor Service, not professional, misled, miss-sold, too busy to represent me in court Fact! Fakemission statement, fake reviews! Stay safe, stay clear.
