A very friendly club. Good food served and drinks available too from the bar. 8 tennis courts and 4 croquet lawns.

This is a members club and I was fortunate to be invited to play as a guest of some members. It is a hidden gem. Tucked away at the back of Ryde it offered a number of beautifully maintained and appearing nearly new artificial tennis courts and I think I saw what looked like a couple of grass courts. The club was quiet and civilised without appearing too cliquey ... so great if you just want somewhere to have a good game. I don't really play croquet but there were a number of greens that also looked to be in very good condition. The guest fees were very reasonable as I understand the membership fees are too.

Beautiful place to visit, even for non tennis players , sit on the lovely veranda for a coffee and watch the bowling on the well tended greens and the tennis matches going on.

Nice friendly club, shame the AstroTurf courts aren't a little higher quality. Good catering though in the newly refurbished café, and competitive croquet section.
