Don't buy or rent any properties that they manage as they totally rip you off with service charges and building insurance, and do not spend a penny of your money on maintaining the property. It just goes straight in their pockets! They're a bunch of criminals! They do not provide any breakdown of where monies have been spent because they have not spent any! Tried to charge me £400 for building insurance which is at least 4 times more than it should be on a 1 bed flat having investigated this!! SO BE WARNED DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING COMPLETELY ROBBED!!! ALSO BEWARE OF BAGLEY ROSE AS THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!
