Jennie Platt Estates & Lettings

Was selling our flat through Jennie Platt Estates. Thought I would just check the online listing to see what else was on the market and was horrified to find that the asking price on our flat had been reduced by £10k without our knowledge. Whilst I appreciate it may be necessary to reduce the price to generate more interest it is totally unacceptable to do so without first discussing it with the client.

I enquired about letting a property with this estate agents, and they have been absolutely FANTASTIC! Especially Emma, she has gone above and beyond to help me get the apartment I wanted and she is brilliant, they are such a great friendly team! I would highly recommend this estate agents.

I have recently just completed on the sale of my house in Prestwich Village using Jennie Platt and cant recommend them highly enough. Jennie sold my property, for asking price before my property hit the market. This speaks volumes about her own personal knowledge of active buyers in the market and what they want. Once the sale was agreed, Nicola took care of the process of selling. Communication was brilliant, chased updates and kept on top of everything. I am a pretty tough customer and can be a bit demanding at times, my expectations were managed perfectly. 8 Weeks offer to completion is pretty impressive work. Thanks guys, you were incredible! By far the best people we dealt with during our first property purchase! Nicola was amazing throughout the process, super personable and friendly. A true asset to Jennie Platt! High praise for Charlotte who also covered in Nicola's absence.

With this being my first time buying a house, I didn't really know what to expect, and was quite anxious about everything. But Jennie and Nicola were on hand from the beginning to the end, always on top of things and always available to offer advise and reassurances. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience, and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

Still not paid my deposit back yet left property over a month ago shocking jenny tbh and I will be seeing you real soon as we want our deposit back clearly this is shocking behaviour from a letting agent sly people well you seen nout I want our deposit end of be in touch Mr pattison.

When our house was up for sale with Jennie platt they allowed people viewing our house to move furniture and items they moved things from on top of my wardrobe and placed on my bed not even put back. Touching personal property should not have been allowed. They used to say things to our solicitors about us not knowing we knew each other very well. Not professional at all. We ended up taking our house off the market due to the bad experience.

Just wanted to say how professional, contactable and open it was to put through offers on this property. All the dealings and correspondence/calls we have had from Jennie Platt while searching for a property has been the best I've encountered so far searching for a home. Although we didn't secure this house, I hope we find a property through you guys.

Jennie and her team found us our dream home in a very challenging property market. We found the whole process smooth and Nicola who deals with Sales Progression was polite, responsive and very easy to deal with too. Overall, a very positive experience from us and we thank Jennie and her team greatly.

Rang up to make an appointment to view a property and was told we were there this morning, you should have phoned earlier? We can do Monday at 11am. Great if you don’t work. Unfortunately my wife and I both do!No other offer of any other time. We are cash buyers and the market is struggling. Don’t think their clients would be impressed by their lack of flexibility to book in a viewing and the potential loss of a sale. In comparison with Clive Anthony and Normie, who bend over backwards to accommodate potential purchasers, Jennie Platt are appalling. It’s easy to see why they don’t get many listings in compared to other local agents. Think Jennie is still off sick, so the place is probably in the hands of a bunch of inept teenagers!
