Wow. Excellent service and £60 cheaper than my other quote. Had new discs and pads on my jeep. Friendly team. Kept me fully informed and done the job really quickly. Even showed me old parts and explained all the interesting to blokes stuff" Lee was especially helpful. Would definitely recommend for a faultless service. Will be using them again for sure. A++++"

Really disappointed with advice! Charged £35 for diagnostic check and told that only a bmw mini garage could fix problem! A second opinion at another garage was so more helpful. Diagnostic check. Free of charge!! Booked in to sort out problems. Quite upset that you cannot deal with all models!! You have lost a valuable customer!!!

The team investigated my issue with a slow deflating tyre and unfortunately the issue was beyond just the tyre after a 2nd look, however they recommended a great place for alloy/wheel repair that has now fixed the issue.Highly recommend HiQ, very friendly and knowledgable team, fitted me in twice at short notice, great customer service, will certainly be coming back for all tyre needs!

Good deal on the tyres and I received a good service. However, I was told that my discs and pads were shot and was given a ridiculous quote. I took the car to another garage and the first issue they had was taking one of the wheels off as the lug had ceased. They had to cut the thread off which now needs to be replaced at a cost. I phoned HiQ up to see if they would rectify their mistake as obviously they had over tightened it. Not interested and choosing to blame the other garage. Silver lining in the cloud was that the other garage saw no issue with the discs which saved me over £500.

They fitted me in for wheel alignment at very short notice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend these guys. When the time comes for new tyres, I will definitely be going back to them.

Took a tyre in (already off car) to get puncture fixed, told it would be £157 for a mid range tyre, obviously said no as that is well over double the cost, then they refused to give wheel back until paid £10 for looking at the tyre!! 2 minute drive to Malvern tyres and £65!! Avoid at all costs

Won't bother got told my abs problem was fixed told to drive my car and the light will go out took to another garage abs sensor not fitted properly and was told my car was dangerous
