I had been having aches, pains and just generally feeling low and unenthusiastic. Someone suggested I had a food Intollance test with Lisa. So I took their advice and I got in touch. You have to give a small sample of blood, to which they give you a pack with full instructions on how to do it. The results came back within days. And I booked my consultation with Lisa. She was so informative, friendly, helpful and professional. You can tell she is passionate about her job and wanting to help people. She has helped me to understand what foods my “gut” can’t handle and to cut them out whilst my gut heels. She’s shows me what substitutes I can have in there place. Granted some of these substitutes can cost more in the supermarket. But if it works. Surely it’s worth it. I’m early on in the process. So waiting for results as I’m creating new menus for myself and family , so we can all have a “gut heal” lol But anyway. Thank you Lisa. Lovely to have had your support.
