House & Co have let our property for a few years. From the very start Dave has been extremely helpful and always on hand to provide advice. The rest of the team are always there to help as well and we have always been very happy with the service they provide. We would recommend anyone looking for a letting agency to consider House & Co for a personal, good value and high level of service.

I agree with all the good reviews here. House & Co are great, best agent I've ever rented from, and there's been a few over the years! I have fairly recently managed to buy my own house now, thankfully, but if I needed to rent again in the future, they would be the first agent I'd contact for that part of town. I vaguely know the guy who set this company up (through a joint friend, been out for drinks a few times way back), and he's one of the nicest blokes you could hope to meet!

Recently found a rental property through House + Co - Excellent agency, super smooth, easy process. Dave and Michelle replied promptly to queries and got everything processed and sorted in a couple of days. Time from viewing to move in appointment was less than a week! Amazing! So far, I've had a really good experience with House and Co. I've been dealing with Dave House, who has been very supportive about my concerns regarding employing an agent, following poor experiences in the past. I have found the rate of response to queries has been excellent, and the flexibility he and his team have been able to provide regarding some unusual conditions on the let has also been super. Dave has been super quick at organising contractors to come in and do necessary testing, which has resulted in extra work being needed. This has all been handled with clear explanations and minimum fuss. The tenants moved in over the weekend, and whilst there are a couple of teething problems outside of House & Co's responsibility, I know I can rely on their advice and support to come up with the best solution for both the tenants and myself. So far so good!

We recently used House + Co for the sale of our property and are so happy we did. From the initial consultation with Claire, to the handling of the sale by Ria, we received wonderful care and communication. They have reliable and reasonably priced contractors whom they used to organise any necessary repairs. They were always professional and efficient.
