Feet Beyond

Very helpful with my daughter who was home for a few days after Christmas and had an unexpected problem with one of her toe nails. I found Jenni's website on google and gave her a call, she was very helpful, and after explaining my daughter was due to return to London in a couple of days Jenni kindly fitted in a home visit the following morning. The visit was great, Jenni's very professional, she had all her equipment with her, she confirmed it was an ingrowing toe nail and explained the problem and why it was infected, she also explained the proceedure for surgery if the infection didn't clear. After treating it Jenni dressed the toenail for my daughter's return to London. In addition to this, she phoned my daughter's doctor surgery in London and arranged a prescription for antibiotics to be issued for collection by my daughter on her return. An added bonus to this the surgery forwarded the prescription to here in Lincoln for collection at a Loyd pharmacy so by the end of the day my daughter had her antibiotics, can't thank Jenni enough, so good of her to help my daughter at such short notice. My daughter is home next week for a follow-up appointment and to see if surgery on her toenail will be required and, if need be, to arrange with Jenni to do the proceedure in her clinic. I would highly recommend Jenni.
