Just bought a used Austral from Cars2 in Wakefield. My purchase was assisted by the lovely Kate who was professional and most helpful from start to finish of the journey (and makes a great cup of tea). During the test drive she explained the main functions, then during my time at the wheel was patient and helpful. After I had purchased the car she came with me to the local post office to assist in obtaining tax, then because of my time constraints arranged for her own transport back to base. All in all she made purchasing the car a pleasant and friendly experience. Thank you

Came to just check out mobility cars today and have to say that we were highly delighted with our experience. The sales advisor Ian was absolutely first class and managed to arrange us a test drive of the new Renault Alpine. He wasn't pushy and knew his stuff. Answered every question that we asked. Just a genuinely lovely young man who is a credit to your firm.

We’ve had a great experience with Ryan and Ian at Cars2. Ryan’s done a wonderful job dealing with my brisk nature and getting the car ready for us in such a short period of time. He was able to answer all of our questions about the car and even pulled a car out ready for me to test drive from another branch. Picking up the car was also hassle free thanks to Ian. He was helpful and explained all about the new car so that we were comfortable to drive home in it.
