Just received brilliant service, both speedy and polite. My phone screen broke at lunchtime today, I called Buzzbox who were happy to fix straight away. From the time of my telephone call to me leaving the store, it was all dealt with in around an hour and a half. Couldn't have asked for better service. A great team.

Popped into buzz box to have speaker on my iPhone serviced. Did an amazing job, quick, polite and professional. My phone is like new again. Will definitely be returning to get any future issues fixed.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Buzz Box today. I wasn't sure if Buzz Box covered laptops, but my issue was resolved plus extra advice given. I would most definitely recommend using Buzz Box for anything laptop, phone, tablet etc. related and will definitely go back. Thank you.

Popped in with a broken screen on a Pixel. Heart sank at the cost of a new screen, when the shop owner checked it out it was the screen protector! I was so embarrassed. Very honest of him, as I was just about to book it in.Very grateful and loads of respectThank you

Dropped my phone in water and was distraught as thought i had lost everything including of photos of my husband who had recenly passed away. James calmed me down and although he didnt promise anything he said he would so his best to help. Omg did better than that , savedliterally everything on my phone and transferred everything to a new phone for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend going herr with any phone problem

Highly recommendSuper helpful. Repaired my water damaged phone. It had a completely black screen. I thought I'd lost everything but they put my motherboard in another phone. Kept me informed of everything they were doing throughout. AMAZING!!

Needed a battery changed in my elderly Huawei phone. They sourced the battery, kept me informed with lots of choices on appointments and two locations for fitting. When I turned up they were kind enough to prioritise my job as I needed to catch a train that afternoon. All good, price was fine. Very happy.

Horrible customer service,Had a £15 screen protector fitted , there was visible lines on it after being fitted, the lady who did it said that those will disappear in 24h and if not, to come back to replace it.Lines never disappeared and when I went back there was a guy saying that he can’t replace it for free.Paid £15 for a screen protector which looks like a clear tape.Definitely not recommended!

Such amazing customer service, I cannot recommend enough!!! Dropped my phone, wouldn't turn on again and within 10 minutes of being here they completely fixed it. Also bought a good phone case. Really lovely staff, made the situation so much less stressful! Absolute lifesavers, thank you so much!! :)
