Kwik Fit - Newquay

Brilliant service and absolutely fair price for the work completed. These guys are really professional and I’ve been using them for many years. Really trust their service and level of skill and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The team went above and beyond to acquire and fit a new exhaust, the parts were difficult to get a hold of and they gave me a lift both back from the garage and to it to support my disability. Wonderful team, I regularly book with them and feel confident in their work.

The is a much appreciated shout-out to Jack and his crew at the Kwik-Fit in Newquay, Cornwall. We ( 5 Americans on holiday) had just picked up a van at Penzance, 23/9/23, and were driving to our next wonderful Cornish experience when we had a flat tire. I told the man at Enterprise that the tires were bad before we left (see pic), ( ended up the brakes were bad as well). Jack took us in because were were in a jam and replaced the tire and we were on our way. He went out of his way and his schedule to accommodate us. He also performed an all around tire inspection and told me that I was right, the tires are all bad. Hopefully he sent this inspection on to Enterprise, because I thought it was a major safety issue. A very heart felt THANK YOU to you, Jack, you saved us !

Disgusting a mother and child turned up with this and they refused to help even tho she was in tears with a baby and sent her back on the road with the car in that state undrivable to another another garage to help change the tyre! The bloke on the front desk was rude and laughing at her the other customers was disgusted in this guys behaviour he should be sacked! Luckily no one was injured after being sent away with undriveavle car! Totally disgusting!

Very efficient. Waiting pleasant enough. Thought I had the correct locking wheel nut key; turned out to be for the caravan wheels. We all had a rummage and the main man found it!Should have been with the tyre pump and gunge. It is now.Now needs a good tidy up.Forgot to reset the monitoring.Newquay is very nice even in the rain. Very patient staff.Highly recommended.Needed some further alignment adjustment (extra).

I was treated with courtesy and friendliness by the staff member serving me. My job was finished quickly, he called to say it was done and greeted me with a smile! Impressed.

Excellent service. Had to visit twice this week and they managed to squeeze me in on the day both times. Fast and efficient friendly team.

Stopped at Kwik fit Exeter with exhaust problems. It was late Saturday afternoon the lads found time to look at the problem needed a new back box. Being a 24 year old car the part had to be ordered. They made it safe so I could travel on to Newquay. Rang Kwik fit Newquay Monday morning the lad on the phone said he could order part for next day. Went there next morning part fitted. Great help from start to finish will definitely use again. THANKS TO ALL

Went to kwik fit for a new tyre as I had a puncture, they could not help on the same day which is fair enough so booked in for the following day. I was shocked when I was told that they wanted £176 for 1. I live in bristol and a middle of the range tyre is about £80. What a rip off. To make it even more enjoyable the first staff member was not very happy at all almost abrupt however the long haired young lad was very polite so that was the only good thing going. I won't be using kwik fit again that's for sure unless it's an emergency
