Be Moore Fit
I count myself exceptionally lucky to have found Be Moore Fit; a small Personal Training business with a very well equipped private space in which to train. I've trained with Ben 121, in small groups classes (max three other people), and in bootcamp style classes with larger groups.I've seen great results. I've lost weight; gained a better shape; feel better than I have in ages; and had a lot of fun while doing it.Ben is a great coach; he has kept me focused on my goals, motivated, and given me confidence & knowledge to progress with my own training. He's worked with me around injuries I've had so I keep making progress, while at the same time helping with the rehabilitation. I can say that I'm in the best shape I've been in in years thanks to Ben.

I have been training with Ben for nearly 3 years now and continue to train with him 3 times a week. Over this time, I have achieved a variety of goals, from losing over 2st to learning to confidently deadlift, all with his support and motivation.Our sessions vary between cardio, strength and mobility, Ben’s dynamic approach means that he will intuitively adapt my session to ensure I get the best possible workout that day. I have a few medical issues which I am conscious of when exercising, Ben’s attention to detail and knowledge of anatomy makes me feel safe to train under his watchful eye.Ben encourages me to aim high and celebrates each small achievement as I improve. I can now squat lower than I thought was possible and we are now introducing running into my sessions, an exercise I’ve previously loathed. His advice regarding nutrition and recovery is realistic and actionable, whilst being affective.I have a high-pressure job which has previously made finding time to train difficult, training with Ben has improved my mental health alongside my physical health to the extent that I will now prioritise my sessions. Training with Ben has completely transformed my life for the better.It can be hard to find the perfect trainer, they need to understand your capabilities better than you know yourself and you must trust their judgement on how far you can go. I trust Ben.Ben is kind and compassionate whilst being professional and fun to train with. If my grandmother was looking for a personal trainer, I would happily recommend him and that is the highest compliment I can award.

Can't rate Ben highly enough! Ben was my PT for over 2 years and really helped me strengthen my core and built me up to take part in a 20 mile obstacle course I was working towards. He was able to work with me through injuries and tailor training to my needs. Today I still attend Bens bootcamp sessions and they are still keeping me fit. Whether it's PT or Bootcamp I've always found Ben easy to work with, give it a go!

I approached Ben with the singular goal of building my physical strength in order to help me run stronger and faster as a long-distance runner.From day one, Ben immediately identified key muscular imbalances that would potentially impact my performance and form. This preliminary analysis then served as a foundation for a series of sessions tailored towards targeting these weak spots, which helped me develop greater strength and mobility over time.As a result, his skills and knowledge have contributed massively to my PB of 01:23:58 at the Colchester Half Marathon (2023).Ben is a genuinely top chap who listens to and understands your needs and is simply brilliant at what he does. Ben is a supportive and knowledgeable PT. I have always struggled with consistency and for the first time, working with him in a combination 1:1 sessions and online coaching, I have been able to nail my consistency and exercise 4 or more times a week. I get a refreshed plan every 6 weeks which gives me variety and keeps me challenged. With the online coaching App I know what to do at the gym - there are videos to help me with technique when working out on my own. It also makes me accountable and keeps me in touch with my PT who can track my progress and adapt my plan as needed. I feel better and fitter and am starting to both feel and see positive physical changes. Thanks Ben!

I've been training with Ben now for a number years now and I can honestly say I've thoroughly enjoyed it. His experience and knowledge is outstanding and he has always supported me through my training programmes. This have been through various methods of 1:1 personal training sessions, Saturday morning bootcamps (which are great fun!) and currently through my online coaching programme. He is always professional but also friendly, kind and caring. Would I recommend Ben, 100% YES!

The program's flexibility allows me to easily schedule workouts around my busy life. The emailed workouts help me mentally prepare, boosting my gym confidence. The user-friendly app/website streamlines my sessions. Additionally, Ben's nutritional guidance has been invaluable, aiding in meal planning and mindset. By the third week, I've mastered effective training and effective eating habits. This program has effectively addressed my previous challenges with time, planning, training methods, gym routines, diet, and mindset, offering a comprehensive fitness solution.
