Salon clean & smart. All staff very friendly & efficient. Lovely cut as always from Terri. Expensive but I feel the cut grows out well.

The hair service I was given was fantastic, the stylist brought to life and improved upon what I wanted and I was very happy with it. The staff are always friendly and very competitively priced compared with other salons and hairdressers I have used in Ipswich.

This was my first time visiting and I had an amazing experience my stylist was very attentive and took onboard what I wanted to get out of my cut and made suggestions of ways it would working with my hair type. The whole experience was fantastic and I was made so welcome I cannot wait to come back

All members of the team engaged! making sure I was comfortable…wanted any refreshments… and gave advice on hair products when I asked.My stylist Terri, took time and care, to understand what I was looking for with my hair cut, and colour .I am absolutely delighted with the results.I haven’t been so pleased with my hair in years!

Changing salons (in a new town) is always nerve-wracking for me but from easy online booking to walking out of the salon, everything was first-rate. Terri really listened to what I like and don't like, how I style (or don't style!) my hair, etc., and I am very happy with the resultant cut. I will be booking in for a colour soon.
