BREACH OF CONSUMER RIGHTSAfter a general enquiry about a charging cable and earphones as to whether I could return the product if a fault was to arrise within 30 days the manager or owner stated that I could not return this even though I informed them about the consumer rights act 2015 and my rights to a replacement or refund.If this shop cannot follow basic consumer rights legislation I can only speculate to what else they are not complying with

A very friendly and warm-hearted family run shop. The owner is very informative about Oxford and places of interest. You can have a great conversation with the owner and his wife. We will return again and again!

The shop in it's own right does a job, fulfills a need. Convenience, cold fridges and paltry snacks, albeit at a marked up price. Mostly inoffensive. However, the real gripe I have with this establishment is the unnecessary 50 p surcharge for card, and the 3 pound minimum card charge. Any other off license convenience shop has modernised; this transaction surcharge has been abolished in most corners of the earth. But not here not in this relic of a bygone era.
