Friendly staff with experienced quality installers, all heatass registered. & not just the stoves but all the general building stuff was also good.

Really good service . I got a lot of help and advice from the stove shop never having had a log burner before . The stove was ordered and arrived and all installed on the agreed date. The Stove Shop worked with my builder who did some pre fitting work all good. Both the fitters were great very tidy friendly and helpfull. I would certainly recommend this company. THANKYOU

Asked for a site survey & quote. Rang to say would be late & wanted to know the quotes we have received. When we told him cheapest so far was £2100 replied that they were looking at £3800 so we wouldn't be interested then hung up! Shocking way to run a business. His name was Neil.

Stove shop installed a flue liner at my listed home in 2015 at great expense, something they supposedly do everyday. They made a lot of fuss about what they would do and wouldn't do. Since then I have been puzzled by damp appearing in the ceiling and had it investigated by my builder. It seems that Stove Shop cut away part of the structure and left a gaping hole in the felt that should be keeping the rain out and then didn’t bother to slate in around the flashing - meaning water could pour in around the chimney. They also failed to secure the chimney adequately which could have been very dangerous had it come down. When I had the problem fixed recently, they disclaimed all responsibility.

After having a bad experience with a large local company we chose to visit the Stove Shop. So glad we did! Fantastic service extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Am using my son's tablet, so it's Alison writing the review.Mark at the Stove Shop gave me the best service, the part for my Rayburn I was seeking is now unavailable, but he not only dealt with the Customer unfriendly Rayburn Technical division, but once he realised he was unable to get th part, he found me someone who might have the part Rayburn unhelpfully have stopped selling as a component part. Excellent friendly service , all done with humour. Wish I had this degree of help from my local Rayburn dealer in Sussex. Full marks Mark, for caring about the customer!!

Complete waste of space! I tried to contact them for advice as their shop was closed and their website was not working. When I eventually spoke over the phone I described what I wanted they were not listening and kept tying to sell me a completely different type of stove. Eventually they started to tell me I should try another stove supplier - at that point I put the phone down. Al least I know why they have so many terrible ratings.

We had a log burner installed this week. So happy with it, great service, very thorough and friendly service. Would use again!!
