They are so knowledgeable and are always on hand with advice and problem solving techniques - in fact I haven't found anything that they couldn't sort out for me!I would thoroughly recommend them to any company - big or small - who are looking to outsource their IT support for a very reasonable price.

As a photographer, next to my camera the most important part of my kit is my computer, so you can imagine my panic when it died! I rang Jason and at his suggestion took it into the office where Simon took a look at it. He spend time checking it out, but it was sadly a deceased Mac. After picking up my refurbished Mac, (which Jason & Simon organised), Simon helped me to upload my backed- up work (my photos are all on separate hard drive). I was back in business. Without their help I would not have been able to complete work for my clients. A huge thank you to them both. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing IT support.

Gave jp a call to find out if someone could come out to fix my computer I was told engineers were out but would ring back in 30 minutes nobody bothered to ring me back
