BMW F11, Great service from car scene, friendly sales team & director.I did have a couple of problems with the car a week or so after purchase, Kevin was very helpful in offering to sort the car. Due to geographical reasons I had the car fixed at my expense at another dealership local to me, Kevin then kindly paid the bill and the car is all in order again.Would recommend.

Terrible service and I am deeply unhappy. I purchased a car and in the same afternoon of driving it away it had three issues with it. I took it back and they have fixed the issues, however the owner Kevin is refusing to speak with me and discuss the situation. The car was not fit to drive when I drove it away and they have the audacity to tell me that the price I paid was correct. I will not give up until Kevin gives me the courtesy of speaking with me. Utter crooks.Just adding to my review following a response from Kevin. The fault with the car was dangerous and the car shouldn’t have been driven, it needed a new battery. Not only that there are still faults with the car which have been there since we purchased it such a back door not opening. They are telling me I need to take it elsewhere under warranty to get fixed - I should never have been sold this car in its current state. Kevin still refuses to speak to me, all he seems to do is write comments back to people’s reviews with no sense of apology for his absolutely appalling service and joke of a company. Oh and Who sells a car without the basics such as a parcel shelf - you didn’t do me any favors but sourcing one mate.

Horrendous company to deal with, in their 40 yrs of trading (as I was constantly reminded), they clearly didn't learn what customer experience is. Arrogance and absolute zero customer care seems to be their speciality.For some context, I had the engine management light appear 6 miles after picking the car up, this light along with another engine warning light turned out to be a costly repair involving the turbo, (costing me close to £800) one that took several weeks to resolve and the threat of court action/prompting by my finance company was needed to push Mr Sunshine at Carscene into offering any money towards the costs. I sincerely regret ever contacting these people to buy one of their cars.There was a half hearted offer to return the car back to the dealership that same day, however, this was at 6pm and 275 miles away from my home, so entirely unfeasible. The arrogance from Carscene was shocking from the outset, telling me that the only way the repairs would be carried out was if I was to drive 275miles to get the repairs done, and then 275miles back home, ridiculous and unfeasible. They refused to collect the car, refused to honor or even acknowledge the consumer rights act and were happy to allow me to drive a car with a faulty turbo which potentially could have resulted in serious engine problems or even an accident at speed.The AA (WMS) warranty that the car was sold with is an entirely separate joke, read their reviews for any context - about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike.I did have the option of returning the car for a full refund, however I thought to try and make it easier for Carscene, that I would give them the opportunity to rectify the issues first, even offering them the ability to choose a local garage to me to do the repairs. I ended up giving Carscene 4 chances over 4 weeks to resolve the issues and as mentioned, only the threat of legal action prompted this gaggle of clowns to act.Quite a long and unfunny joke to be honest, I seriously urge you to take heed of the bad reviews, I only wish I had read more into them before buying, this company doesn't have the first idea about customer care. Pathetic really in this day an age, picture a dodgy car salesman from the 80's and the clown that runs this shoddy firm is who you will picture.Carscene also charge a £50 admin fee, presumably this was something they implemented in the 90's to cover the cost of paperwork, it certainly isn't something a company in 2022 should be charging - its meant to include at least £20 of fuel"......I was directed to the closest petrol station by one of the jokers from the dealership as the car was running on fumes!"

Can't praise lee and kevin enough for the service they gave in the purchase of the vehicle i bought off them recently, they go the extra mile, good communication and reassurance on the process of your vehicle and purchase, highly recommend carscene if your thinking of buying a second hand vehicle.

I can't rate these guys highly enough, purchased a car a few weeks ago from them.They were very attentive and not at all pushy when I was making up my mind. 3 days after I bought my car , it was hit by another vehicle while parked, there was no note left. I was devastated. I contacted carscene to see if they could recommend any bodyshops to repair the damage. I took the car to them and they sorted it themselves free of charge. Amazing service, lovely guys. Very happy customer.

I purchased a C4 Picasso from Car Scene a few weeks ago and dealt with them mainly by email, due to my work commitments. I dealt with Kevin and Trevor and they were great in arranging the delivery of my new car, straight to my door. The car was clean and as described and a nice touch with the chocolates and drink on arrival. The Air Con wasn't working, but they allowed me to get this done locally and paid the garage directly with no issues at all, thanks again would highly recommend.

In my experience you cannot please all the people all the time. These guys deserve much higher reviews. I bought a low mileage Car that had a few Marks and kerbed wheels when I initially viewed it. Kevin and Trevor looked after me. Got any scuffs and wheel kerbing sorted. The car came with a full service, 2 new tyres on the front new MOT and fully valeted . The car is like new. I didn't haggle on the price as you cant have a cheap price and top quality, it doesn't work. They also delivered to Luton in the deal. Could have shopped around and found one a little cheaper may be, but I would be surprised if I would find a better service. Great job. Pay no attention to the whining reviews, but don't expect them to give the car away. pay a fair price and get the service you expect.

Great experience buying my car here. Friendly and professional staff. They sorted me out a test drive of the car I wanted straight away. Paid the deposit and they prepped the car in a matter of days. They didn't add any hidden costs even though they serviced and mot's the car, as well as changing the tyres and re-gassing the air conditioning. I'd definitely come here again but it'll probably be a while as I'm quite happy with the car.

Fantastic service!Bought a car from here a couple of weeks back, and can't say enough good things about them.Everyone I spoke to was kind, courteous and helpful.As I lived some distance away, but was interested in a car, they went out of thier way to accommodate me at a time I was available, they gave me a very fair trade in price for my old car, and when I discovered a minor issue with the car I had bought, they arranged directly a local garage to me to get the issue sorted out so I didn't have to drive back over to them, and the whole time they made me feel like I was the most important customer they had, which these days is a truly underrated skill!
