Very helpful and polite. I have always bought jewellery from them.

Poor quality jewellery broke within a month and shop manager refused to accept that as a defect.Don't buy!!!!I have already visited twice to get a chain fixed which keeps breaking. Luckily the chain is still with me but I would certainly avoid this shop for any jewellery purchase.

I wish I could give them a negative rating because they really do deserve it. I have been here a multiple times to purchase gold. But, when we took the same ornaments to sell, the manager was very careless when handling the gold and have damaged it a little in the process. he is even claiming that the ornament is actually few grams less than what it suppose to be which was quite shocking. First, The manager said 1.2 Grams of gold has been lost due to wear and tear even though it looks nearly new. After a little argument he has accused us of fiddling with the long necklace set to reduce its weight. After a little while he said they have included a ring with it which we didn't bring. The manager was very friendly and nice at the time of purchase but while selling the ornament he spoke and acted like a different person. When we took a gold bar which is sealed and purchased from them(with a receipt) he held it in his bare hand and said its FAKE and NO GOLD". All in all

I had an excellent experience at this jewelry store. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful for fixing my ring. My stone was lost. They also provided fantastic customer service. They have very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this store for all your jewelry needs and fix! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased with them gold several times but some of the staff are very rude there. Their way of talking looks like we are purchasing free. Last time i visited to purchase one item and on that day one of the staff lady was on her off then i ask with different lady staff about other lady then she become rude on me saying that for you doesn’t matter “i am here and i will serve you”and she said to me(she and who was off lady staff one and the same). Again i gone near the old gentleman i dont know he was the owner or manager but i ask him to reduce my price from my amount then again she been rude to me.Not good place no respect at all no smile on their face no good service at all looks like government .I done shopping there over 6 times but they act like every time as it if they seeing first time for me and i feel like i am visiting for the first time over there.Again their way of behaving shows that they don’t want you to come for the next time.

Great jewellers, good price straight to the point. Customer service is great, well looked after. Defo recommend.
