We found that the shop is not always open due to staffing issues but we were able to call them and Luke made an appointment and came to the house. He was very calm and patient and listened to everything we had to say and then he sorted out the problem with the email on our 12 year old PC.If we could give him more than 5 stars we would. Very impressive. No hint of trying to sell us a new system which we didn't want. We will be contacting him again when we want to update our system.
