Simply the best Chinese takeaway around. Not on any of the food ordering platforms and cash only but definitely worth it!! Crispy Chilli Beef exactly how it should be!!

The food always tastes amazing and is made fast. The prices of the food is also extremely fair and not too expensive. The owners are extremely friendly and always have a conversation when I go to get food. I don’t have any faults with the restaurant and rate it a 10/10

Worse Chinese Food in Years!As someone that grew up going to The Sun in the 80s and 90s it was a great place.However first visit in while tonight the old menu has gone, maybe its got new owners?Food was bang average and so so bland had no taste whatsover.All meat is now tiny sliced bits like it was made yesterday.Chicken balls were rubbery as heck i went to cut one and it flew off the plate probably been sitting there all day - dont they cook anythung fresh anymore?Pork was dry and hard, pancake roll was abysmal.The Sun has finally set and the place is now finished - what a let down.Woeful - bland - tasteless food -a v o i d.

Been a regular at the sun for 15+ years now. Really friendly staff, remembers the regulars and their orders. Food is always superb, really tasty. Fully recommend the sun
