Disgraceful institution. Dad's are actively discriminated against, especially skint ones. Proof is in the charity.....Both parents matter. Is always just dad's there. Apart from odd granny who can't see grandkids. If this was against lgbtq black disabled or women there be uproar. Shocking

Some of the judges are part-time and also work in chambers in Cardiff. This creates a huge conflict of interest. Don't expect them to be fair. Some solicitors seem to be able to control the time from Court application to hearing (short) and time from notification (shorter - days) to hearing. Time (or the lack of it) is an important negotiating tool.

My sister in law was treated like an animal in this court they took away all her human rights. Her solicitor couldn’t represent her and they lost her file. I know very strange. Her blood sugar was so low going in and she was meant to be in hospital that week but was to Unwell for surgery. She had a drink and was spoken to like a dog. ( I am watching you ). Never been in trouble in her life. Absolutely disgusting and well it all speaks for itself if you know who took her into court in the first place. She is to low in herself right now to fight this but it will be done. How do you treat a human being this way. From start of case it was only one outcome and that was she was going to pay. Have to ask what is going on here because twilight zone got nothing on this place. Poor woman. Felt so sorry for her.

Seriously. Save your £250. Don't waste your money if you've no solicitor. They just side with mum. Indeed if Myra Hindley had kids with Cliff Richards they'd take Hindleys side

Judge decides to work with social not the best interest of a child or their feelings and wishes I think they need to investigated and maybe some fired

Honestly in complete shock… READ BELOWlong story short is I had been taken to court for a parking ticket for a vehicle I do not own that was parked in my property’s allocated parking space (I do not own ANY car, nor even a licence).Have received confirmation numerous times from the DVLA prior to the court date in the form of emails and letters to which the courts did nothing with..Obviously the case had been ruled in my favour after the parking company had wasted everyone’s time. I had paid a total of £380 to take them to court as they had issued an incorrect CCJ against my name.The courts did not give me a single penny back even after ruling in my favour.If you get a feminine male judge with Glasses and grey hair you may as well just walk out because he really doesn’t care about your case. As was pretty evident with mine..

Judges are afwaul been here for the last 7 years travelling from Scotland to see my son and Judges never supported a father even if mother is wrong in everyway if your fighting for your child at this court you have no chance

Utterly shocking. Please be advised they are not at all as lawful as you would think. They follow corrupt organisations recommendations above all others no matter the content. No evidence is needed they’ll rule on fake allegations through probability. Worst of all they absoloutly don’t care about the children’s well being what so ever.

Live changing. local authority is allowed to submit statements of truth knowing that its false an be identified as not a registered social worker or never meeting the persons. They can proceed with application's without adding parents to hearings. untrained people giving evidence which are known to be false and misleading. Documents compleated on a parents behalf and not questioned. A person had doors locked on them, people hysterical . Children abused in local authorities care and this is over looked, names are not correct . guardian can change a statement same day knowing it was misleading about . A judge can meet a person do a trial and p.o on same day. another on FH/AO , although no documents given. A Person can get second hand information, false police records , wrong name's or file's. document a person as absent or adding legally represented throughout ,even if legal left case a year previous. Harrassent will continue.
