What can I say, from the moment we walked into the showroom in Hamilton I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism from the owner Alan.We got a date for the work to start however the week earlier suited us better which they kindly accommodated.Every workmen that came to our house could not do enough from the kitchen fitters, plumbers and electricians. They all went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen of our dreams.The tradesmen Silverbirch sent were all excellent. A special mention to Matt who was fantastic and sorted every detail to ensure a 1st class job.Thank everyone who worked on our new kitchen I could not be more delighted with the finish.I would not hesitate to recommend Silverbirch if your looking for a new kitchen.

We saw a friend's kitchen after it had been transformed by Silver Birch and asked them to design and quote for ours. The design was excellent, far superior to the other two we obtained, and the quote was competitive. From design to installation, the team was excellent. First class workmanship, helpful, friendly and hardworking craftsmen and a constructive and practical approach to solving the inevitable problems which arise over the course of a job.The finished kitchen is stunning and has been much admired. We are happy to recommend Silver Birch unreservedly.

We had a Silver Birch kitchen installed over a year ago and are really happy with it. We told Alan what we wanted & he was able to transform our space to meet our requirements perfectly. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and Alan & the team were very quick to resolve any issues we had as the installation was progressing. I would have no hesitation in recommending Silver Birch.

Good friends of mine had the unfortunate experience using of Silver Birch Interiors for a kitchen & utility, I have viewed the video on youtube and also read a 64 page independent report, the report is damming on the standard of their work and finds even more faults. I understand they should have this ready for uploading soon so there can be no doubt on how bad they are.The basic work they carried out in their kitchen was the wrong size, not square and running off 10mm from top to bottom. The attached picture shows just how much they were out. Many of the items they ordered were also incorrectThey also said there is no team and its basically subcontractors that are left to do the work. Barry and Peter were only there for a short while before leaving with neither having a good word to say about the company and especially the owner. Now going for their 5th different fitter in 6yrs so what does that say.Its also worth noting that 25 of the reviews were all loaded within days of each other, many by friends & family and most doing their first ever review. Its easy to verify this and then decide if you can trust themThe company is more about hype than substance, make promises and then don't deliver. I wish my friends had got a well established experience company to deliver the product they deserve.Any potential customer should ask they are unwilling to answer a review directly rather than hide.Have a look at the facebook rant from the owner, does this look like a responsible managing director or a kid having a tantrum. Its no wonder unhappy customers are afraidSave yourself some grief and don't take a chance with them, there are many good companies out there and you don't need the hassle.

We looked around at numerous places before being recommended Silver Birch Interiors, by suppliers of our bi-fold doors for our new extension.From the first meeting with Alan and his team we were impressed by their designs, prices and support. We were dealt with very professionally and the digital renderings of our proposed design were great for envisaging the final product (see them below along with interim and final pictures).The fitting was stress free and all kitchen fitters are very highly skilled. But Barry really helped us with some final fitting decisions, in particular proposing a metal splashback to match the cooker we bought and dealing with some design changes related to the actual extension build. They were also very accommodating in adding in some additional last-minute lighting and Barry’s team didn’t leave until we were 100% satisfied with the fitting. These little touches have really enhanced the final design.The quality of the kitchen was also far superior to anything we had seen in the same, or even higher, price bracket. I have no hesitation recommending Alan and everyone at Silver Birch Interiors to anyone.

Silver Birch Interiors completely renovated my kitchen/dining room .I cannot praise or recommend this company enough. I can't recommend Silver Birch highly enough! We wanted to remodel our tenement kitchen, and after going to several companies we were stuck with a very similar design from them all, which just didn't give us the space we were looking for.Enter Lynn at Silver Birch! Her design blew us away from the first moment we saw it. Brilliant use of the space, and the overall look and feel of the kitchen is exactly what we were looking for. The Nolte brand is excellent quality, and we really feel that we had value for money.Being a tenement, nothing is square, so we also have to thank the installers for all their hard work (including getting everything up 3 floors with no lift!!). The finish is excellent, and we feel like we have an extra room in our flat that we didn't use before.Thanks Silver Birch, we will continue to sing your praises!

After booking an extension we were starting to panic we had not found our dream kitchen after visiting every kitchen showroom we could think of! Then we found Silver Birch. Cannot recommend Alan and his team highly enough. From the initial showroom visit to completion they have been amazing. The design was unlike anything we had had from any other company and was exactly what we were looking for, Alan helped us visualise it. The quality of the product and execution were all first class. Their customer service is commendable. We were so delighted a year later we had Silver Birch transform our utility room. Even a faulty tap after 1 year was not an issue for Silver Birch who quickly arranged a replacement. We are delighted with our Nolte Kitchen and Utility room and would not hesitate to recommend them. Even 3 years down the line of having our kitchen installed I would not change a thing. Thank you again Silver Birch.
