Clean, spacious, one of the few hospitals where car parking is good ( helpful when travelling over 40 miles to get there). Very clean WRVS cafe with excellent staff.Superb staff in CT scanner, Friday 03.03.23 at 24.30Excellent overall experience, health issue excluded!Thank you all

Thank you for always looking after me and my son. My son had his surgery here, I was seen here also.Great staff, can’t thank them enough.Only niggle is the car parking, put the wrong digit and got a bill. Wish hospitals would provide staff, patients & visitors with no parking.Understand it is a revenue for the trust but it should change. Hospital is great and staff, fixed me after an infection and have treated me with the greatest of care. Thank you.

From walking in to leaving this Hospital, there is nothing to complain about. All the Staff are are second to none, All polite and very helpful, they will also sit with you and chat and make you feel at ease.Nothing is a bother, every morning, happy smiling faces and a cuppa,The food is as good as any high street Café, not the stereo typical 'Hospital Food'....The only thing I would complain about is the price of the Car Parking. Very extortionate and expensive!!

Hospital is well sign posted throughout, though there are lots of friendly staff around to help find your way around the hospital if you get lost. The hospital has a café (Wilbers Café) which sells a wide variety of hot drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Ample hospital parking is available, free for 20 mins otherwise tariffs apply. (valid as of September 2018) There is no A&E department.

if I had a penny for every time I was treated for a UTI here, I'd have two pennies. That isn't alot, but it's weird that it happened twice.

Thank you to all the staff at endoscopy today. I couldn't fault the way I was treated from the moment I walked in to the reception area. All the staff were polite , helpful and friendly. From a patient point of view a definite 10 out of 10 from 10 from me the staff were lovely.

£4 for just over one hour parking. I found toilets a little confusing. women and babies are marked but no mens logos.

I delivered both of my little girls here and the team of midwives are all amazing! We where really well looked after and I wouldn't have wanted to deliver anywhere else!

Just been for catheter removal and ultrasound, staff are all fantastic,helpful and caring,can not praise them enough,nice environment makes happy staff which shows in general attitude.
