If I could give this so called ‘salon’ a zero, I would. Absolute joke. I don’t understand how people could be positive about this hairdressers! Haircut was so rushed, wasn’t offered a drink, nor was I asked what haircut I actually wanted and didn’t even get a hairdressing robe- so I had hair all over me ! The hairdressers were all inexperienced, some weren’t even wearing shoes! They were arguing and shouting across the salon and made me feel so uncomfortable and stupid, especially after I had to ask for my hair to be redone. The hair wash wash very short and I was left whilst the hairdresser did someone else’s hair. I Once my haircut was finished, the hairdresser just walked off, leaving hair all over me and not even asking if I liked it. Then my mum was having her hair done at the same time. The hairdresser COMPLETELY FAILED to dye my mum’s hair properly. Being completely depleted of energy due to personal circumstances over the last few months, my mum didn’t complain. However, after walking out into the day light, her hair looked even worse so we went back in. They offered to redo her hair next week, and the hairdresser ‘felt sorry’ for my mum due to the extreme personal circumstances we’ve been facing and said she would come in on the Wednesday at 11:30 to redo my mum’s hair.Next week: we turn up at 11:25. The shutters are closed and no ones in. We wait until 11:50. No one.So thanks a lot Hendricks. You are a completely, quite frankly, disgrace of a hairdressers. Especially to do this to someone so fragile. And I hope people aren’t fooled by the positive, most likely fake, reviews here on Google.So save yourself some hassle and DON’T go to this hairdressers.

Really happy with the haircut - Great place to go

They did my hair for my wedding day! It was beautiful. Absolutely love Henrick’s. The whole team is so lovely, funny and welcoming.

First time going here, only needed a cut but I am not pleased with the result. Fringe not quite right and rest of hair not really been addressed properly.I will not go back.

I got my hair coloured last week by Meghan. After an initial consultation with Mark where we went through what I wanted in details and made sure that it would work with my natural colour, he worked with her to explain the plan. She executed it perfectly and the colours chosen blended perfectly with my natural hair for a very nice and professional end result. Very happy with the service, everyone was also very friendly and it was a great experience overall.
