After having 5 different estate agents to view our Properties, we decided to choose Choice Properties to sell our homes. We came to this decision based on how professional, polite and efficient Kayla and Chris were. They assessed our homes and considered what each property had to offer and what potential each had. They did not come with printouts of similar properties, which impressed me, as they came with an open mind and not following a trend trying to justify what others were doing. They had completed checks with regards to EPC ratings and previous sale history which none of the others mentioned.Communication has been paramount and we would highly recommend Choice Properties for any sale or purchase.
