Was shopping in the precinct a few days ago around lunchtime and my wife decided to pop in (we had never visited this bakery before). The door was wide open, but as my wife stepped into the store she was rudely pushed back out the door with an abrupt 'we're closed!' from a lady working there. We will not be visiting again and I guess the various stories we have heard about the rude staff at this establishment were not an exaggeration!

Ridiculous price £5.85 for a so called beef foccasiaI small thin slice of beefA little lettuceMayonaise, branston pickle, ,cheese slice and gerkinsA strange combination of ingredients which tottally overpowered the beef definately paying for the packaging and cheese and pickle roll not beef

The Beef Wow Focaccia roll is to die for, the ingredients are delicious and always fresh! Comparisons in M&S and Waitrose which are nowhere near as tasty are smaller and more expensive.I try to limit myself to one a week, however I’m unable to walk past without buying one or three!!The staff are always friendly and up for a chat. I highly recommend the food, it’s worth visiting just to look at the cakes!!See you soonDylan

Amazing! I love this bakery, you are paying for good quality. Amazing pastries. I'm looking forward to visiting Wales again just to come back to this bakery. Handmade food, fab quality. I think it is even cheap, you are paying for real food no rubbish industrial proceseed food. Nice staff. Thanks Stuart for offering so good quality for good prices.if you can't taste the difference between processed food and real food, I don't think this is a place for you. You will find real food.

I purchased a delicious basil and tomato focaccia bread from here this morning. Perfectly salty and fluffy. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

Had the beef focaccia and it was stunning! Well worth the price and the presentation in the food box was a nice touch. The lady said she doesn't normally make them to order unless there are a few needed but she was kind enough to make one for me. Much appreciated!
