This was my first visit to Union Dental and I was very nervous. I went in shaking but went out smiling. John, Gill and the rest of their team went above and beyond to help me relax as they explained the treatment I would need and they were very patient and listened to me as I explained my fears.For the first time, ever, I am looking forward to my dental journey with Union Dental.Thank you All.

Today i came as a tourist with an emergency, a really bad root inflammation that made me go up the walls with pain. After several Dentists sent me away, the receptionist, Cara, was very caring on the phone already, listened to me and asked questions to call me back after only a few minutes to confirm a doctor would see me. So we rushed from Fort William to Inverness to find a really friendly and welcoming team, which was a big relief at once. The doctor himself, Mr. Archie MacLellan and his assistant, Niki, took all the time needed to calm me down, sedate my big pain (which took longer as usual, but noone has rushed anything) and finally treat my infected tooth, and now i am back to live and our holiday can go on :-) after all, i would highly recommend this really great team! They’re so worth the journey. Thank you guys so much for being that helpful and friendly, i really appreciate that.

Absolute first class service from John Barry and his whole team at Union Dental. From the minute of going in to the practice I was made to feel comfortable and the team explained each step and how it would be carried out. I am not a fan of dentistry work but Gill made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Great staff with a friendly and positive attitude making a huge difference. Thanks again!

I was on holidays in the Highlands a few weeks ago and I broke a filling. I arranged an appointment with Union Dental and was treated by Gill Naisby. She was professional and courteous and repaired the damaged filling. I attended my own dentist when I came home and he said Gill's work was excellent. All in all I can highly recommend Union Dental.

Highly recommend, all staff are friendly, helpful and put me at ease from the minute I walked in. As a nervous patient, I was made to feel comfortable, treatment was fully explained and completed to the highest standard. Just had my 6 month check and deep clean at Union Dental & Facial Solutions - all staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly, which as an anxious patient helps me a lot. They're a modern, well equipped practice, and offering nit only dental but other facial treatments too.

Mr John Barry was amazing, made me feel so comfortable from the start . He was gentle and respectful towards me . Who would have thought that going to the dentist would have been a pleasant experience.

I cracked a molar crown and was referred to Union Dental by another dentist. The crack could have derailed the rest of my trip but thankfully Union accepts tourist patients and the experience from reception to Dr. Archie's treatment were excellent. Plus my local dentist said he performed very good work!
