We have dealt with Carden IT Services for the last 5 years for our IT Support. James has recently joined the team on the support desk (always a bit of a worry when someone new pops up!) We have used Carden for a number of years, and have always found their services to be honest, reliable, and cost effective. Their knowledge of our systems and flexibility has kept downtime during office hours to a minimum and we are very pleased with the out of office service provided.Their advice and service to us over the years is highly commended and we would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

We started working with Carden IT Services at a time when many businesses were closing down, as the world was hit by the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown 1.Dave quickly worked out what we needed and allowed us the time to reflect on our options.Dave introduced us to the Carden IT Team and we were kept informed every step of the way. We have used Carden IT for many years and they have developed a very good system for our every day use. Whether at work or working from home, we can log in to our IT system and stay in communication with our staff. Due to the good service and reliability, last year we changed our land-lines and mobiles to Carden IT. Since then we have noticed the savings we have made each month. The landline phone system is really good and there are various options available to suit all businesses. The staff are always helpful and polite and can always resolve any issues we have quickly and confidently.

It takes a lot to change IT support companies because it’s normally a whole load of pain to make the transfer. Things can easily get lost and business disrupted.We were sufficiently disappointed with the incumbent company and liked Carden a lot, even though I think we were one of their first customers, to convince us to make the switch.That was over seven years ago now and it’s been a pleasure to see how the company has grown and flourished.Throughout it all they have delivered us a consistently excellent service. Even as they have grown and they have introduced layers of support, their management have always remained present and accountable and available when required. The relationship is built from mutual respect and very valued at our end.They now know our business so well that they can anticipate what we require and do the work in the background to make any transition as seamless as possible.They are responsive, accountable and their people know how to escalate before an issue becomes a problem.Our IT requirements have changed over the years. We are cloud based and individual machines hardly have to be supported. Most of the work is strategic and long term and they have made that transition extremely well.I have no hesitation in highly recommending Carden and expect them to be our close partners for a long time.

Having taken over from our previous IT support almost a year ago we have been very impressed with the quality or service and reliability of Carden IT Services.Cardens have always offer a friendly and efficient service not to mention their extensive IT knowledge.They have put in systems that we never had before allowing us to get on with out work feeling reassured that we are protected and up to speed with everything IT.

The support team are friendly and very professional. They recently helped us with some problems we were having with our website and managed to fix the problem in 12 hours. As well as reliably keeping our IT system running healthily, Carden IT Services did a great job migrating our Microsoft Outlook accounts to the Windows 365 cloud-based system. I have been really impressed by their efficient and friendly operation and very pleased with how smooth the whole process has been.
