Ripon Spa Gardens

Lovely small park area for picnic lunch or something from the cafe. Nice Lewis Carroll tribute in the form of a tree carving. Short walk from town square.

Very nicely kept gardens, shame the baths not open to view

A really nice space that’s well kept with lovely flowers and plenty more to admire, with the wood carvings and statues. Lots of places to sit and a delight!

Pocket sized park covering both sides of the road, bowling green cafe, lots of benches on one side of road on the other is a small maze and a decent sized playback.

It’s a lovely little park for the locals as you can see students and family with kids around. The gardens have some iconic statues and Alice in Wonderland wood carvings on display.Located just next to the swimming pool but parking is a little far and it’s a short walk to the town center.

Lovely gardens; excellent bowling green and crazy golf. The Sun Parlour Café is great, friendly staff, very good service! The coffee is freshly prepared and is delicious. Yorkshire Tea is used as well and it is great quality. You can have a light meal and there is a good range of cakes, biscuits and soft drinks. You can eat in and eat out. Don't forget to look at the excellent range of books on offer!Flower beds are beautiful and the car tree carvings are marvelous. There is a band stand in the centre of the park and lots of lovely trees to see. You can easily spend half a day here and there are frequent events taking place at various times of the year.The park is wheel chair friendly and there are toilets. Parking is limited however Ripon is well served by reasonably priced car parks within a few hundred metres of the Spa Gardens.

A decent cup of tea and a very tasty sausage sandwich,it was a lovely surprise to come across these garden's and cafe , friendly staff and quick service well done

The Council and the volunteers so an amazing job of looking after this beautiful Park. It really does have everything for everyone; excellent plants, flowers and gardens, lovely crazy golf, a nice cafe, clean toilets, bandstand, bowling green and plenty of open space to chill out or play on. Would highly recommend.

Recommended. We went for the Remembrance Service Parade. Nice little park. Well tended . Nice cafe.
