I have been with this practice for nearly 4 years and have been looked after very well. Repeat prescriptions, flu jabs, covid vaccines, general health advice. Excellent practice. Thank you for all that you do in very challenging times.

THIS MUST BE ONE OF THE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE CENTRE. THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE OVER THE PHONE . I CANT BELIVE THEY MOVE ME AUTOMATICALLY TO THIS RUBBISH PLACE WHERE STAFFS ARE SO RUDE

I was there today for the appointment at 9.20.i wasn't seen until 10.10am. When I asked receptionist why no one has seen me yet, she got very rude. Receptionist extremely rude. She should have been fired long ago for her rude behaviour. Even people sitting in the waiting room also heard her being rude. They treat patients with disrespect.

I have been a patient at the Medici Medical Centre for 10 years and it has been consistently the best surgery I have ever registered with. I recently had an health issue and I called at 8:30 and got in line which meant I was 3rd in the queue. The receptionist took my name and problem and told me to expect a call back from the doctor who ordered blood tests. This has been my consistent experience. Polite receptionist, well organised appointments both by phone or in person. I am very grateful for their work.

Came on here to warn people with regards to the level of aggression they should expect on phoning reception, not sure why anybody would go into a job talking to people, when they don't appear to like doing so. Weirdly, have phoned twice in 3 years and each time the call broke down with fake screams of rudeness at other end, must be standard playbook way of dealing with patients who ask further questions, prepare to bite thy tongue and demand the call be played back by a manager (They record calls).

This is my 2nd reviewI had planned to quit this surgery, but something mysterious happened.Due to a chest infection, I made the call to the surgery and waited for 10 minutes before the lady answered and asked a few questions.She said that the doctor would call you and it did happen. I received a call from the doctor and was given medicine for a week.Next week, the doctor contacted me again, inquired further, and gave me another medication for a week.After a week, the doctor called me again and confirmed that I was alright. If anything comes up in the future, please don't hesitate to call us. We are here for you.Can't believe this is same surgery

I think this practice runs a lot better since the lockdown started although it is still difficult to get an appointment thats convenient for me..I have changed my review from 4 to 5 stars.I have visited the practice a few times recently and I have had excellent treatment. My appointments were on time and I found the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Called the GP to be told all the medical securites are on holiday, absolutely insane levels of unprofessional behaviour and staff organisation this place should be shut down.

I have been trying to book for an appointment for 2yrs daughter since yesterday. Up to no avail. And yesterday the receptionist was so rude telling me to call 111.just move in to luton and I am already missing Reading.

I would give them 0 stars if would have been possible as everything is wrong there, starting with the receptionist, but we all know them for many years already, and ending with the booking of the appointment system. Took a day off work to get at the practice in the morning. Went there after 8am and they told me all the appointments are booked and to come back at 10 to 2pm. Went back there at the time they asked me to just to find out that the appointment will be by phone and will maybe, just maybe see a doctor at another day that I have to take off work if she thinks is something serious. Have different health issues some of them serious and receptionist keeps asking me what are they like I have to start talking in public my private health problems. Would try to find another practice but in Luton are all the same. I just give up to see a doctor here and just wait until I can ring 911 for the ER service. Hopefully that one will help me if I need it.
