Redbrik Chesterfield

For the past 4 years, I have had Redbrik Lettings fully manage my properties. They have been extremely efficient with all the aspects of letting and in their dealings with the tenants. Georgina Wood has been extremely efficient giving valuable advice and guidance. Although I have highlighted Georgina, I must congratulate the whole Team on their high professional standards.

The lettings team here are by far the best we've experienced as landlords. We've used quite a few agents in the area over the past decade and the service we receive from the team (especially from Georgina who is always on top of everything!) is outstanding. They will deal with virtually everything for you and always have a solution to offer for anything that pops up. Their communication is clear, concise and spot on and their fees are still in line with competitors that provide a far lower level of service. The sooner we get our entire portfolio moved to them the happier we'll be!

My experience of Redbrik is a good one. All the people involved in my sale were professional, very responsive and pro-active. Jake was very good at obtaining a price acceptable to me. As I live 3 hours away I appreciated the help in doing the insurance checks required. The process from accepting an offer went pretty smoothly. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 as I think the initial evaluation was too high, the sale happened at the same time as inflation increased rapidly so the original price had to drop, but my expectations were for a higher sale price.

The team at Redbrik are absolutely brilliant. As well as being fantastically efficient they are excellent communicators both with the client and with each other, so whoever you talk to in the team they are all up to date with what is happening with your case. The whole process went like clockwork. But what makes them really special is that they are all utterly delightful people, helpful, polite, friendly and empathetic. Thank you!

Redbrik Chesterfield branch have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were selling our first property, so had no idea what to expect. The staff there guided us through the selling process and were reassuring and professional at all times. They are well worth the fees they charge which are fair and reasonable.One member of staff Clayton, deserves a special mention. After having three different Estate Agents to value my property, I decided to appoint Redbrik to handle the sale. This has turned out to be a great decision, as my property is now sold subject to contract within two weeks of the advert going live. Every aspect so far has been handled in a timely and efficient manner. Jake deserves a special mention for keeping me fully updated at all times, which has been very much appreciated. We had an extremely disappointing experience with Redbrik estate agent, Chesterfield. We have been renting a property in ListerClose and Georgina was our manager. They initially offered an early tenancy termination, but later reneged on the agreement, forcing us to pay additional 2 months rent and endure unjustified expenses. The landlord, backed by the agency, unfairly demanded our full deposit of £900 and an extra £100 for repairs despite our efforts to meet their cleaning requirements. The landlord insisted on repair costs despite a clean checkout report. This added to the unjust financial burden and highlighted the lack of fairness in their dealings. We had to raise the despute with My Deposit and waiting for the decision. Agency forced us to do multiple end of tenancy professional cleanings with the cleaning company they preferred. We did a professional carpet cleaning ourselves but they didn't believed it even after we provided invoices and bank statements. The property manager consistently sided with the landlord, causing us significant mental and financial distress. I strongly advise against choosing Redbrik for any property dealings.

I was a tenant with Redbrick for 2.5 years and always found the service offered very efficient and straightforward. Very easy to contact, any repairs queries dealt with swiftly and to a good standard. Team are friendly and welcoming, very approachable for any issues or information needed. Would definitely rent via Redbrik again in the future.

Redbrik were so easy to work with on making the application to rent a property, and all the way through the process. Georgina and Sarah in particular were so helpful and made things go smoothly with as minimal stress as possible. Would definitely be happy to work with them again in the future!
