Staff were nice, but bad experience with earrings, I was having my ears repierced, felt tight after being fitted couldn't turn them, was told not necessary to do so, but if I did just to turn them a little both ways.5 weeks later they were impossible to remove, my husband had to remove the posts with wire cutters!Impossible to get any earrings in at all now.I am going to go to a proper jewellers and get them done again, would never recommend Claire's for ear piercing.

I love it so so much,but it's so expensive! A tiny little purse for £10?! A sequin jojo bow for £12?! A grey backpack for £30?! A tiny little 'pucker pops' lip gloss for £3.50?! And the list goes on and on. i love the products but the prices are rediculous. But positives are that your products are very pretty,very nice,good quality etc. So to round it up prices bad, products pretty.
