We mostly dealt with Gary and he could not have been more helpful. He gave us time and was so attentive to our needs. He kept us informed of progress of delivery and sent us a lovely video when the car arrived. I know its only a motabilty car not a sale as such but he treated us as if it was just as important. Beth then was there when we collected car and was also so welcoming and helpful. She made sure we had all the information we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you both.

Excellent dealership, not at all pushy and just listen to your requirements and budget and fit car to you at the best possible deal. A real breath of fresh air and would highly recommend. The cars are excellent too.

After looking for a replacement car back in March 23 due to my existing car lease expiry in October 23 we visited the Lings franchise & met with Beth Parsons & Mark Mills who were very helpful in providing information, quotes & test drives to allow a decision to be made. My wife & myself were so impressed by their conduct & level of commitment to ensuring our needs were met we have since ordered a second vehicle of the same spec for my wife which we collect on 30/09/23. My wife has had 2 other Hyundai vehicles I800 & currently I30 tourer approx. 11 years old over the years & we have been impressed with how they have been & other than normal service parts no costs for repair which also gave us confidence with the decision to stay with the Hyundai brand & hopefully both vehicles will perform the same with regards motoring costs.

Amazing experience! Lovely team, Beth didn't bat an eye lid when I started crying out of excitement. She reassured me and calmed me down. Offered me a drink and a seat. Kept me updated in every part.

Ling's Hyundai do provide a good quality of service. However I must say I haven't been too impressed with them recently. I had an interior fault which caused my arm rest to bubble in the heat and when I informed them of this. I was quoted nearly £500! Which I had nothing to do with! I then told them I hasn't happy with this one bit. I was left unanswered.

Beth is amazing, she's so friendly n helpful. Puts you at ease straight away. The car is beautiful. On collection day the way they make it so special by covering your car in the show room, n then unveiling it to you. Highly recommend hyundai!!
