Very professional, reliable and honest. They picked up my car from home in the morning, carried out an MOT and had it back on my driveway before midday. Definitely recommend and will continue to use their services for all services and repairs going forward. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

RAC took my van here, within a few hours I received a call with the issue. Came to a conclusion and they helped me sort my issue. Special Thanks to Andy for explaining everything and being honest. Will use again 100%

I broke down on the M1 and my car was taken to Giacone’s. They ordered the parts and carried out the work and were always friendly and communicated well. When I took the car back unfortunately the issue was not fixed and I broke down again. However when I called themTo explain again they communicated well and acted professionally. Although the issues persisted, the next garage I took the car too ( as I was now in London) said they would have done the same thing as Giacones. We discussed and agreed a refund and at no point did they try to shirk responsibility. Overall I do think they are good guys who do a good job and although on this occasion the issue was not fixed I would happily recommend and use them again.

Turned up for tyre replacement appointment to be told there was not one, then eventually found it on the system to then be told the booking was for one tyre when it was actually for two. Once they confirmed it was for two, as two had been delivered. Then be told they could not honour the time confirmed and that they was unable to do the work and would need rebooking at a later date and left with them. Total shambles also very unfriendly and unapproachable. This is not good customer service at all stay well clear.

Honestly the most hassle free and helpful garage I’ve ever used, most garages don’t take the time to explain things to you but Andy was great and took the time to make sure I understood the problem and kept me updated. It’s such a relief to have found a reliable garage. Would highly recommend!

Great service, I phoned to book my MOT and got a slot to take my car in the next morning. MOT was done pretty swiftly. Staff (particularly the man on reception) were very friendly and welcoming. Over all good and simple experience.
