Gemini Accident Repair Centre Spalding

Fantastic service from Gemini ARC. I was kept updated about the progress of my vehicle's repairs throughout and the courtesy car provided was great. The quality of the repair was faultless. Couldn't be happier with their work!

My car went to be repaired at Gemini in Spalding. I was very pleased with the service from them picking it up to me collecting it. Very clen inside and out, staff very friendly.

My VW was repaired as part of an insurance policy I had after front end damage. Got a loan car okay and got the repaired car back, have not had a lot of time to check it but looks okay so far.My issue was with the loan cross they gave me. I did few miles on the loan car and I was careful when I did drive it as any damages would come out of my insurance!When the guy picked the car up today, he noted that it had scuff marks on the wheel(s) and a dent on the driver door. I told him emphatically that I did not do this and even wrote this on his notes for the loan cross car.He admitted it was not clean when I got it (so it may have hidden the damage) and again I wrote this on his notes.However they should have checked it more thoroughly when they dropped off the loan car, taken images. Indeed the inside of the corsa was not that clean either.On top of that when the guy arrived he said it needed to be fuled (1/4 tank), but I was told in the week by Gemini that now my car was repaired the hire car was not insured to drive! I told the guy this, but I had to go with him to a petrol station and fill up.From the customer service point of view, pick up and drop off it was a very bad experience indeed and would not recommend this company from this experience.On top of the repairs, they probably made a good profit for the repair anyway and could have at least wavered the fuel to be filled in the hire car!

Appalling service, car was returned with faulty parking sensors. Report from Peugeot confirmed they hadn’t fitted the sensor correctly, yet still they say there was nothing wrong with it when it left them. Avoid at all costs, use your preferred garage even if you pay more on your excess.. it would be worth it! If I could have given no stars.. I would have.

I’m surprised at some of the ratings. Friendly helpful staff. When I went in to have the damage to my Fiat 500 assessed I was amazed how thorough they where, found damage that I’d overlooked, which was excellentPicked up car and returned it on time and did a wonderful job

1 star!!! If only I could leave none. The service was poor. The receptionist on the phone and when met her at the site had bad manners. If the managers could see what she is like all the time she wouldnt have a job!! I certainly would not take her on a job role as a receptionist at my business dealing with clients. Some training would not go a miss or to get rid and put a professional / understanding + caring receptionist for Gemini Spalding.

Super service.I was kept updated, car was ready before estimated date, and seems absolutely fine.All staff were super helpfull, and even the loan car was economical.What more could I want

I arrived at 7.50 am. The staff were all in the office but left me waiting outside in the cold until 8.00am and then opened the door. Pretty abysmal. It would have not taken any time to have opened the door and let me in to wait in reception. I then had to chase for an update on my repair.

From them collecting the car to dropping it off, I could not fault the service. The repairs were done to a high standard and even though it was an insurance claim they perform additional work at a very good price.

After a genuine mistake.. witch they rectified pretty quick I can say Gemini are a pretty good company to use fast reliable easy to speak to.. would recommend
