The chap who did the installation did an excellent job. Felt let down by their admin team. Invoice came in almost £100 more than agreed on the purchase order, and the explanation given was engineer put a double stand extra, which is not the case. On that basis, i would not recommend!

Watch what they install !!!!!Thats the last time they installed or checked anything at my place.the last Engineer asked me why I have so many extinguishers that’s they shouldn’t be here but the last one installed from the same company and I Believed him and I just been ripped off.The office couldn’t care less !I paid them but never again in my premises !!!

The engineer came out and said that the job would cost only £35 as all the fire extinguishers were in date and well maintained only to later receive a £100++ bill.This is the second time that they’ve conned me!! The first bill came too nearly £700, the second time they came back and said that they will tell me how much it would cost before going ahead with the job but I have now ended up with yet a different figure on my invoice!I have been charged for things that were not supplied and have been threatened to get credit control involved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

An engineer attended my business and spent more time trying to tell me that the extinguisher that another of their engineers had recommended last year wasn't compliant than actually doing any work. I found that I have been charged for things that were not supplied. The office are not interested in resolving this and instead have threatened to get credit control involved. Terrible service and a completely disgusting attitude by these cowboy rip off merchants. You have been warned!

Use this company at your peril. Marks for customer service zero. Marks for responding to customer complaints Zero. Marks for trying to overcharge 100%If you have money to waste this is the company for you.Get a fixed price and DO NOT even sign any paperwork. If you sign anything they will try to say you have agreed to work and charge hundreds extra.
