Couldn't fault the service at this surgery, rang up for an appointment at 8.30, booked in for 9.30 , seen within 5 mins, friendly, helpful & thorough examination & diagnosed right away - prescription collected 10 mins later - what service 10 out of 10.

Avenham surgery I would most definitely say they have way better doctors then going bk 14 years ago. There are new faces on Reception and I find them very helpful and very polite on the phone I been bk at the surgery now about 5 years yes very busy over the covid time but still they worked hard but I have to say I am so impressed with reception and the service from the Doctors I feel confident with them. Happy.

Best Surgery I have ever attended, The Doctors and staff are very polite and helpful, Dr. Dasu will always go the extra mile to help. My Mrs sees one of the female Doctors, Dr Mrs Mahgoub is very supporotive of my Mrs Long term illness, she somtimes even call her to ask how she is doing. Overall an excellent practice, would highly recomnend to anyone living in the area.

Just got to mention Dr Heba is a credit to your surgery. She answered all my questions after I had after being discharged from Hospital . (The Hospital didn’t explain anything to me at all.) Also a special mention to the Asian lady who took my bloods I never got her name . December 6 th . 2023 Than you.

My brother in law asked me to write this review for him, as he is visually impaired.John finds Dr Arif courteous, helpful and a good listener. He always explains everything to John, whether that's tests or results.We would also like to thank Zhora, for being so friendly and warm whilst taking his blood.

I asked for an appointment for my baby's clubfeet, I was seen by a PA who barely looked at my baby, and the next day I called to find out we won't get a referral. I can assure you my baby is struggling everyday to keep her balance and it is getting worse. I can't believe we've been treated like this.
