From the beginning, right through the process John German were extremely professional and so friendly. Replied very quickly to all my questions and were really helpful after we’d sold our house. Many thanks to James who was brilliant but an extra special thanks to Emma who was unbelievable along the way and replied to my emails at all hours, at weekends and on her days off. She is a fantastic asset to John German and we would definitely use them again!

John German are quite simply the best estate agent I've used, and I've used a few over the years. They are professional, hard-working, friendly and always very responsive. They provided what I thought was a high valuation, but it turned out to be absolutely correct (several other agents provided lower valuations, some significantly so). I could not fault JG.
