We recently purchased a new engagement ring and I couldn't be happier with the ring itself and the service we have received from Ryan and the team at Rockefellers.We bought my last ring from Ryan and my husband has also bought a watch from him in the past. Despite us living in Hertfordshire, we have built up a great relationship with Ryan & we don't want to go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service. Very accommodating. I bought a wonderful Rolex no longer being made in as new condition. Ryan and team were wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be back.

Saw a watch on Insta at 3pm - after a few DMs called Ryan and agreed a price. Watch was with me by 10.30 next morning (Manchester to East London).Beautiful watch , packed with care and very pleased with this purchase. Friendly polite service - I will definitely be shopping there again.

Great experience buying a Rolex, it was sourced for me as the Rolex I wanted was not in stock, within a couple of hours they had the Rolex I wanted and I picked it up in store the next day. Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. I was also offered insurance so I could walk out the shop with it being insured, great touch. Many thanks
