I had accidentally locked my car keys in my boot right before a medical procedure i was scheduled for, and I was totally freaking out because I couldn't miss my appointment. Helen arrived to my location within less than 10 minutes and after telling her my predicament, she picked the lock open at a very impressive speed! Lovely person and absolutely superb service with very reasonable prices and would most definitely recommend.

Helen came to our rescue over the weekend when I stupidly managed to lock my car with the key on the backseat. I had 3 dogs in the car (thank god it wasn’t overly hot, and I was parked in the shade), and after initially having a complete meltdown and a conversation about smashing windows, a friend contacted Helen after a bit of Googling!I was so worried about being on a bit of a remote campsite, but Helen arrived within the hour and all was resolved and we had a lovely day at camp! Very very grateful! So thank you!

Locked my keys in my VW Caddy, Helen was at my door within 45 minutes of calling and in my van within 30 minutes, only hindered by my ceased lock. Very professional, very friendly and happy to pay the callout charge.

I cannot thank Helen enough. We called her in a panic as out toddler had locked herself in the car with the keys - she came instantly without question or hesitation. Max 20 mins and safely got access to our car - she was brilliant and so understanding. Thank you for being our hero today.

Unbelievable service. Came out late on a Sunday half way through their dinner.Turned out they had a race to see who could get in to my car first, was fun to watch them. Saved me breaking a window, I was on the last leg of a 1500 mile journey back from Sicilia Italy and it nearly broke me. After managing to lock my keys in the boot and a search online I was referred to Helen who got out to my location and managed to have me reunited with my keys & on my way some 3hours before the breakdown covers estimated arrival.Payment via Apple Pay contactless was an unexpected blessing!Excellent customer service, communication and a calm reassuring manner throughout,I could not recommend more highly.
