Dreadful shop. Had to hunt ages to find someone to help, they then sent me back to wait in the shoe dept whilst they called 'David'. David didn't arrive, no one else looked near us. Hardly any mirrors. Left, despite there being something I wanted to buy.

Customer service is absolutely shocking Was in store today and went to the counter with T-shirt the manager said he couldn’t charge me the price I seen it for because the other tops had a different tag on them basically trying to say I changed the label wont be back not the first thing that’s happened in this shop

Large sports clothing store at Springhill shopping complex Bangor. Set on two floors with disabled access to both, the store stocks a large selection of sports, and casual clothing, plus a limited amount of sports equipment. Prices are reasonable, and special offer items are frequently displayed.I never go in for just one item without coming out with more.I love this store

We had a terrable experience at sports direct. Bought a pair of trainers thinking my husband could try on and leave back if not right. When we went back we went to the returns desk on first floor. A sales assistant had to call for the manager three times while we waited at least 10 minutes. When he eventually arrived ignorantly said its either a credit voucher or gift voucher"I thought that we could get a full refund but he said "its the way it is"Reluctantly i accepted the credit note.When we looked for another similar pair they didnt have the right size. We were also directed 14miles away to boucher road who Might have thd size we need. Left the shop very unhappy with the service and the rotten attitude of the manager.As we were told that there was code on voucher to we decided use it to shop on line. The sports direct web site kept crashing out and the customer service number was continuously unanswered.What a terrable experience. I will shop on Amazon in future. Buyer Beware of Bangor sports direct."

Customer service is absolutely appalling. The guy who I think was the manager had my son in tears cause he couldn't tie his laces and he totally belittled him. Then I had gone upstairs to get my daughter shoes to be told stand over there ill get someone now for you. I'm still waiting. Then when I went to the till with my sons shoes the guy on the till was extremely rude and rolled his eyes at me as I approached the till.I understand people have off days but that was ridiculous.

Extremely poor customer service from male English speaking manager. Very arrogant and doesn’t care attitude. Argues with you in front of shoppers, then when the penny drops that he’s made a mistake still argues some more. Thankfully after contacting customer services online they have refunded error made but I just hope my complaint is actually taken seriously as this guy is so unhelpful and really unpleasant to deal with.

Incredibly rude manager who served me today. Literally argued with me regarding their refund policy while still processing my refund - I hadn’t left the shop and had realised when reading my receipt there were no refunds allowed. Signage at tills were intentionally vague. Will not use again due to bad attitude.

Absolutely disgusted with their customer service. Having had a problem with an online delivery not being delivered and paid for. Various emails were sent ( no reply) so I decided to call into the store and speak with a member of staff who tried to deal with the problem by phoning their customers services. ( issue still not resolved) phoned today 3 days later after sending various emails to company ( with no reply within a week) was told by a member or staff there was nothing they could do for me, and was told to send emails ( which I have done) asked who deals with online issues. You have to do it yourself was her reply. She couldn't deal with it, so asked to speak to a manager who was reluctant to come to the phone. After having spoke to said manager, I have to call in to the store to see what can be done for me. THEIR ONLINE ORDERING AFTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE NON EXISTENT!! Be very aware when ordering from this company. Happy to take your money! Not so happy to deal with issues or customer complaints!
